Our modern engine workshop offers the best conditions for work on engine, shaft, drive and generator. Our team consists of master mechanics who, in addition to technical diagnostic equipment, reliably use their sure instinct, fine sense of hearing and tact. In addition to a test basin for outboard engines, we have a lathe, a DVA measuring device for work on the engine electronics and measuring devices to check mechanical wear.
Defective propellers can be repaired and overhauled. A propeller calculation tailored to the hull and engine tells you what needs to be done to give the engine a boost or bring it back on course for fuel economy.
Kuhnle Werft is an authorised dealer for various engine manufacturers, such as Honda, Iveco or Bukh. If you need a new engine, we will replace it. In order to adjust the engine power and consumption, we calculate the optimal engine for your boat. Gearboxes can also be repaired and reconditioned. We are also able to source most gearboxes, even if the manufacturers no longer exist.
